About Clare
LLL QUANTITY SURVEYING Services was launched in 2017.
Clare trained and worked as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK, before moving to New Zealand in 2015. After a brief stint in Christchurch, Clare and her husband Luke settled in Central Otago where Clare now works remotely for builders, homeowners and on construction projects throughout New Zealand.
Since her arrival, Clare has worked as a Quantity Surveyor & Estimator direct for main contractors on a variety of projects including IL4, seismic strengthening, commercial and residential. And also direct for the client, managing all financial aspects of their project.
As a member of NZIQS, I can provide precise quantity surveying reports to support your bank funding applications, drawdowns and payment claims.
All work is carried out electronically allowing for remote working using various software packages such as; costx, Microsoft work packages and Outlook.
